Our Revivals
The Loft
The Loft came into our lives in the most straightforward way—through a simple phone call. The seller was direct: “This is my price. Are you taking it?”
For Quinn—who’s been buying and selling property for over two decades—it was the kind of deal you recognize right away. No haggling, no drawn-out negotiations. He met the seller that very day, sent over the agreement, and both had it signed.
The property hadn’t had a visitor in more than seven years, even though the owner still lived in the county. The grass and brush were so overgrown that Quinn had to bring in his mowing crew before he could even set foot on it. Within a few days, a path was cleared, revealing a quaint little cabin. That’s when he asked Cyndi to come take a look.
When Cyndi first stepped inside, it was love at first sight. But it wasn’t just a cabin she saw—it was the start of a gathering place. Set on 22 peaceful acres, she imagined a small, close-knit retreat where each future unit would be named after a beloved spring in Suwannee County. A place where travelers, friends, and families could come together, connect, and share a slower pace of life. Somewhere that felt less like a rental and more like visiting an old friend who’s always happy to see you.
Over the years, Cyndi has poured her heart into The Loft—choosing every chair, every mug, every blanket with the hope that they’d spark comfort and conversation. She’s been there for every repair, every fresh coat of paint, every seasonal touch. Her goal has always been the same: to make sure that anyone who walked through the door felt at home and part of something.
The Loft began as a family escape for both Quinn and Cyndi—a quiet place to gather, recharge, and create memories together. But in 2023, its doors opened wider. Since then, it’s welcomed guests from near and far—each one adding a little piece to its story. Some have come to rest, others to celebrate, but all have left a part of their heart here.
One day, there may be more cabins on these 22 acres—a whole community of warm, welcoming spaces named for the springs that inspire them. But for now, The Loft stands ready, waiting to welcome you, and to make you part of its growing family.
The 1923
The 1923 is more than just a house—it’s a piece of Quinn and Cyndi Skierski’s family story. For generations, this historic home has stood in Live Oak, carrying with it both memories and challenges. Over the years, storms swept through and caused damage, but each time Quinn took it upon himself to restore and rebuild, breathing new life into the home he cherished.
What was once a simple structure has been carefully transformed. The upstairs, once only an attic, is now a fully furnished retreat, complete with two additional bedrooms and a bathroom. Every corner reflects Cyndi’s eye for design—her thoughtful touch brought warmth, elegance, and comfort into the space.
Today, The 1923 stands as a symbol of resilience, restoration, and vision. Quinn and Cyndi’s dream is to share this piece of their family legacy with others—welcoming guests to experience its charm, create new memories, and enjoy all that Live Oak has to offer.
