  • How do I book my stay at Oak Revival & Co?

    Booking your stay is easy. We recommend booking directly through our website for the best rates, availability, and a more personalized experience.

    Both The 1923 and The Loft are also available on Airbnb and VRBO if you prefer to book through those platforms.

    Once your dates are set, simply confirm your reservation and get ready to enjoy your stay in Live Oak—just minutes from the springs and Suwannee Music Park.

  • Is there a minimum night stay?

    Minimum stay requirements can vary depending on the dates and demand.

    In general:
    • Weekends may require a 2-night minimum
    • Weekday stays are often more flexible, including 1-night stays when available

    If you’re planning a specific trip, feel free to check availability or reach out—we’re happy to help find the best option for your stay.

  • What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. This allows our team to thoughtfully prepare each home for your arrival.

    Need a little flexibility? Let us know—we’re happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out whenever possible.

  • Do you provided linens and towels?

    Yes—each home is fully stocked with fresh linens, towels, and everyday essentials so you can arrive, settle in, and start enjoying your stay right away.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We follow a Moderate Cancellation Policy across all Oak Revival & Co. stays.

    Guests may cancel up to 5 days before check-in for a full refund. If cancellation occurs within 5 days of arrival, the first night is non-refundable and 50% of remaining nights will be refunded.

  • Can I host an event or wedding?

    Yes—both properties offer beautiful settings for gatherings and special occasions.

  • Is the property private?

    Yes—both The 1923 and The Loft are fully private spaces. You’ll have exclusive access to the home and property during your stay, with no shared areas.
