Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM for both The 1923 and The Loft. This ensures our team has enough time to fully refresh and prepare each property for the next guests. If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, let us know ahead of time — we’ll accommodate whenever possible.

Do you provided linens and towels?
Yes! At both properties, every bedroom is furnished with fresh linens, and bathrooms are stocked with clean bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. We want you to feel right at home the moment you arrive.

We follow Airbnb’s Moderate Cancellation Policy across all Oak Revival & Co. stays. Guests may cancel up to 5 days before check-in for a full refund. If a cancellation occurs fewer than 5 days before arrival, the first night is non-refundable, and 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded.
