Fall Fun at the Branford Farm Stand Fall Festival
Just a short drive from both of our properties, the Branford Farm Stand Fall Festival has become the must-visit destination of the season. Since early September, the excitement has been building, and now families from across Suwannee County and beyond are coming out to enjoy the fun.
From the moment you arrive, it feels like fall has officially arrived in North Florida. Visitors can wander through a 7-acre crop maze, enjoy live music, and capture perfect pumpkin patch photos surrounded by colorful mums and country charm. The Ferris wheel and hay castle are favorites for kids (and kids at heart), while the Farm Stand serves up local treats and the Green Barn Store offers the best of local shopping. It’s everything you want in a fall festival near Live Oak — music, family, food, and fresh air.

Weekend Tip: The Branford Farm Stand Fall Festival runs through late October — perfect for a family outing, a few fall photos, and a cozy cup of something sweet!
Suwannee Roots Revival: Music, Community & Creativity
October also brings one of Live Oak’s most anticipated events — Suwannee Roots Revival, held at the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park. This beloved festival celebrates the heart of American roots music with a weekend of soulful performances, camping, artist workshops, and family-friendly fun. As evening settles in, guitars come out, and the campground hums with voices and laughter — the kind of music made between friends rather than on a stage.

This year, we were honored to welcome Walter Parks and The Unlawful Assembly to The 1923. Their stay filled our historic home with creativity, laughter, and the kind of authentic storytelling that makes Live Oak’s music scene so special. Hosting artists like them reminds us why we love opening our doors — to be a small part of something bigger, where music and community meet. At Oak Revival, we love seeing our guests step into weekends like these — full of music, laughter, and North Florida sunshine.
